Why do we torture ourselves with so many things to do? You know exactly what I am talking about. You have commitments everywhere and they are filling your life with guilt and this guilt is hurting your body and spirit. You are being pulled in so many directions that your life does not feel like your own. Is it? Are you meeting your goals or someone else’s? Life has become chaotic and hectic and that is slowly and painfully taking any joy from your life.

Do you want to watch everyone around you enjoying life while you sit and suffer with the numerous tasks that are draining your life energy? Are you ready for peace? This is a decision that you have to make. Right now you are living a life of fear. You cannot find the peace you deserve if you do not take control of your life, your expectations, and your commitments.

Start by tackling the small jobs. Start anywhere. Small steps are key, because if you try to do too much too fast you will get burnt out. You must start by establishing routines one habit at a time. Anyone can do this… you just have to start. Many people need to see results immediately, this is our nature. Remember that you are working on changing lifelong habits, so expect this to take some hard work and consistent routines.

Your true spirit is being suffocated by all of the distractions in our lives that you have prioritized as important. If you readjust your way of thinking by deciding what is really important for you to achieve, you will find the peace and health that you have been yearning for. It is a matter of actively working toward your goal of a positive and peaceful life. You can do this by mastering your routines, creating a basic weekly plan, and sticking to it.

Are you willing to work? Are you ready to change your life? I don't expect you to do it all right off the bat. You are only expected to truly think about what you want your goals to be and the action steps to achieve those goals. It is time to eliminate those things that are not helping you meet your goals in your life. You can do this!
